Pensacola Shooting Victims Say Saudi Arabia Backed Attack

Law360 (Feb. 22, 2021, 11:32 p.m. EST) – Victims of the 2019 Pensacola Navy base shooting accused Saudi Arabia of orchestrating the attack Monday and told a federal court in Florida that the Royal Saudi Air lieutenant Force killed three and seriously injured a dozen others was a “Trojan horse sent from its land”.

The lawsuit was brought by the families of the three young soldiers who were killed in the attack on the Pensacola Naval Air Station and 13 other seriously injured people. The victims allege death, assault, battery, wrongful imprisonment, and anti-terror law violations, among other things.
