WATERLOO – Three people were arrested in connection with numerous weapons stolen in a robbery in Elk Run Heights.
Waterloo Police Department officials arrested Davon Marcell Oliver, 21, of Waterloo on Thursday for eight crimes involving the possession of a firearm.
Evansdale Police arrested Daymion Eugene Ohrt, 20, of Waterloo for robbery and first degree conspiracy.
You are currently being detained at Black Hawk County Prison in Waterloo, without bond.
A 14-year-old girl was also arrested for fourth degree theft. Police said it carried weapons and traded stolen weapons.
According to court records, officers arrested Oliver while executing a search warrant on 6111 Stardust Drive at around 1:15 a.m. on Thursday and found seven weapons stolen from a home in Elk Run Heights during a robbery Tuesday.

Authorities claim Oliver had a Freedom Ordnance 9mm AR pistol, a 9mm Taurus pistol, a 9mm SCCY pistol, a 5.56mm AR-15 and Springfield armory a 12-gauge tank gun shotgun in .22 caliber. GSG pistol, 5.56 mm DPMS AR-15 and caliber .22. Smith and Wesson AR-15 rifle.
The investigation into the robbery continues.
Oliver is banned from owning firearms because he was convicted of criminal offenses in 2016 for a series of vehicle break-ins.
