The Trex Company, the world’s leading brand of composite decking and railing, an innovator of products for outdoor living and a leading national supplier of custom commercial railing systems, will break ground on its new global headquarters in Winchester this month.
According to a January business announcement, Trex will begin construction of a brand new 64,000-square-foot office building located on 8 acres adjacent to Crossover Boulevard and I-81.
The composite decking giant also recently announced its intention to build a new manufacturing campus in Little Rock, Arkansas, its third manufacturing facility in the United States.
“It’s an exciting time to be at Trex,” said Bryan Fairbanks, president and CEO of Trex Company, in a statement. “As demand for our products continues to grow and as we plan for the future, these expansion initiatives are strategic investments designed to help ensure we have the capacity and resources to effectively meet the needs of our customers, and ourselves at the same time provide the bandwidth to pursue new opportunities.”

The company is currently recruiting for positions in various departments including Engineering, R&D/Product Development, Information Technology, Human Resources, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
