Walther Exhibits Meister Manufaktur Q5 Match SF Custom Pistols :: Guns.com
Walther celebrates its “technical passion, precise workmanship and innovation” and announces a range of custom-made products Q5 match Steel frame guns.
On the company’s Q5 SF platform, four special, limited edition pistols are produced, known as the Meister Manufaktur series. All offer a mix of performance improvements, including a Tenifer nitride treated barrel, slide, steel frame, and magazine baseplate.
They also have a dynamic performance trigger with a flat surface and reduced mount in conjunction with a one-piece aluminum handle made from a solid block of aerospace-grade aluminum alloy and a magazine base plate made from a solid block of pure aluminum is steel.
“Walther’s vision was to merge form and function in order to create the ultimate experience for its customers,” said Bernhard Knöbel, CEO of Carl Walther GmbH. “More beauty, more soul – and yet absolutely usable. Why should something really beautiful just be collected, and why should something built for performance not lead its class in good looks and craftsmanship? “
The four models include the Patriot, Black Tie, Arabesque and Black Diamond and were recently exhibited at the SHOT Show in Las Vegas.
“By using our in-house engineering and technical skills, fused with some of the world’s most famous craftsmen, our imagination was the only limiting factor in the Meister Manufaktur program,” said Knöbel.
The MSRP of the series starts at $ 2,790 for the more nondescript offerings and is at $ 4,449. By comparison, you can get standard polymer-framed Q5 Match pistols, on sale for pedestrians, starting at around $ 799 and plain Jane SF pistols for about double that.
