A local business owner called the police shortly after midnight last Friday when he spotted Wesley Charles Martines, who, according to a prosecutor’s press release, was “peeking into cars in a dealership parking lot and looking into a storage shed.” The officers arrived believing it was an ongoing robbery, but when they searched Martines’ white Ford F-250 truck, they found a Glock, a loaded handgun magazine, two assault rifles, meth, heroin, body armor, and that Material for a pipe bomb and the Genocide Manifesto, the prosecutor said. Martines also reportedly wore special bullets labeled “Cop Killer”.
